Para Badminton Winter Camp and Lessons
Lessons and a Winter Skills Camp are being offered for para athletes.
Para Winter Skills Camp
When: December 30/31 & January 1/2
Time: 7:00 - 8:30 pm
Where: Prairie Badminton (Unit 2, 275 De Baets St)
Cost: $25 (Plus GST and processing fee)
Para Badminton Group Lessons
When: January 9 - March 28, 2020
Where: Thursdays 7:00 - 8:30 pm at Prairie Badminton (Unit 2, 275 De Baets St)
Saturdays 2:00 - 3:30 pm at Winnipeg Winter Club (200 River Ave)
Cost: $25 (Plus GST and processing fee) for each session

MBA's Para-Badminton Program
Badminton has officially been accepted into the 2020 Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan.
This is an exciting for Para-Badminton in Canada as all of the Provinces and Territories try to establish para programming.
While Para-Badminton includes two wheelchair classes (WH 1 and WH 2) it also includes two Standing Lower Body (SL 3 and SL 4) Standing Upper Body (SU 5) and Short Stature (SS 6) classes.

The Manitoba Badminton Association will be integrating the para-programs with our other programs such as Developmental Winter Programs, Identified Player Program, Access Program and High Performance Program.
