ORDER OF PLAY
Saturday: Singles followed by Doubles
Sunday: Doubles(any remaining) followed by Mixed Doubles
All categories will be played through to completion.
EVENTS
U13, U15, U17, U19, OPEN
Depending on sizes of each category, some may be merged to guarantee more games.
Some categories may have round robin format to guarantee more games, some may have drop down format.
PRIZES
OPEN Champions in each category will be engraved onto our championship belts.
Prizes awarded for event winners & runners-up
Small prize for Consolation event winners only (not runners-up)
FEES
1 event: $55.00
2 & 3 events: $70.00

In the description, please label the athlete(s) it is for.
If you wish to withdraw from the event, you must let us know before Monday, February 24th at NOON.
Any withdrawals after this deadline will be non-refundable.
AVAILABILITY
Players must make themselves available for the entirety of the event. Due to the unpredictability of speed of play, athletes are expected to be ready well ahead of their scheduled match time.
The tournament will enforce a 10-minute disqualification rule and a 2-minute warm-up rule.
Reasonable requests for late starts or timing accommodations are not guaranteed to be accepted and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
