Format:
Single Consolation (Guaranteed 2 matches/event)
Eligibility:
Permanent Manitoba Residents Only
U13 - Born in 2008 or later
U15 - Born in 2006 or later
U17 - Born in 2004 or later
U19 - Born in 2002 or later
Cost:
1 Event: $60
2 or 3 Events: $70
Participants must have an active current 2019/2020 season Provincial membership.
(Membership purchase or upgrade is available at time of registration)
The competition will be conducted under the official rules of Badminton Canada.
Manual Registrations subject to a $10 admin fee. (Except for U13 Categories)
Late registrations are not guaranteed to be accepted,
however if they are accepted they will be subject to a $10 late fee & $10 manual fee,
& individuals may not be included in seeding.
Entry fees are payable on-line at the time of registration.

Additional Entry Tickets to Annual MBA Junior Banquet available for purchase ($20) during registration. These additional tickets are for parents, siblings, friends, etc. who are not registered in the tournament.

Western Canadian Team Championships - Team Manitoba Selections
We will also be using this competition to select the team that will be competing at the 2020 Western Canadian Team Championships.

Regulations:
Refund Policy: Badminton Manitoba does not permit refunds of MBA Memberships or Tournament Registration Fees unless requests are accompanied by a medical note or immediate family crisis.
Availability: Players must make themselves available for the entirety of the event, and personal situations will not be taken into consideration for timing purposes.
Due to the speed of play being unpredictable, participants are asked to be ready well ahead of their posted schedule. It is ultimately the player's responsibility to be present for the start of their match.
The tournament will enforce a strict 10-minute disqualification rule and 2-minute warm-up rule.
Clothing: Participants must have an indoor change of clothing and non-marking athletic shoes
Equipment: Participants must bring their own racquets

Coaching: Please complete your Respect in Sport Online Certification and hold an active membership with Badminton Manitoba
Approximate Schedule:
Thursday: (locals only) 5:00pm - 9:00 pm (Singles)
Friday: 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Singles)
Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Doubles Followed by Mixed)
Junior Wind-Up & Awards Banquet: 6:00 pm @ Location TBD
Sunday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (Finals all Events - Starting with Remaining Semi-Finals if Needed)
