The MBA’s policies and procedures are reviewed periodically and regularly by the MBA’s board of directors. Although they are intended to prevent incidents from happening, they cannot guarantee with complete certainty that they will be effective. What they do is set out transparently how incidents will be dealt with if and when they occur.
