U13 - Born 2005 or later

U15 - Born 2003 or later

U17 - Born 2001 or later

U19 - Born 1999 or later

Open - No Restrictions

 

U13/U15/U17/U19/Open Cost:

$35.00 - 1 Event

$50.00 - 2 or 3 Events

MBA Regional Membership is mandatory. MBA Regional Membership Available During Registration ($10.00)

Tournament Description

The Interlake Open is the last one of the 4 Rural Super Series and gives an opportunity for adults and U19/U17/U15 to compete and show their talent in Badminton.

 Hosted by Selkirk Badmintion Club at Lord Selkirk Regional Comprehensive Seconday School, Selkirk  

It is a 0.25 Tournament which is a local tournment perfect for beginners and players with some competitive experience.

 

 

Tournament Rules/Regulations

Refund Policy: Badminton Manitoba does not permit refunds of MBA Memberships or Tournament Registration Fees unless requests are accompanied by a medical note or immediate family crisis.

Availability: Participants must be available to play during the entirety of the events that they are registered for.  MBA will not accept special requests for time, for any reason.

Due to speed of play being unpredictable, participants are asked to be ready a minimum of 30 minutes prior to their posted match.  It is ultimately the player’s responsibility to be present for the start of their match.

The Tournament will enforce a strict 10 minute disqualification rule and 3-minute warm-up rule.

Clothing: Participants must have an indoor change of clothing and non-marking athletic shoes

Equipment: Participants must bring their own racquets
